This critical role blends product management, experimentation, analytics, and lifecycle marketing to own the full user journey, from ad click to paid subscription. You will lead growth initiatives, improving activation, trial conversion, onboarding, and retention by deeply understanding user behavior. This requires strong analytical skills, a curious mind, and the ability to balance strategy with execution. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams and report on key performance indicators. Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in growth product management, with direct experience managing Product Managers
- Strong analytical fluency, you can dive into SQL, Amplitude, Mixpanel, or Looker and find actionable insights
- Comfortable with statistics: experiment design, statistical significance, confidence intervals
- Proven ability to build, run, and prioritize experiments across funnel stages
- Deep empathy for users, with experience conducting user research or partnering closely with UX
- Experience working with and influencing cross-functional teams (especially eng, design, data, and marketing)
- Clear, structured communicator who can advocate for ideas and guide execution
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end growth funnel: app store page / landing page β signup β onboarding β subscription
- Drive attribution-informed decisions that connect acquisition and monetization
- Develop and own viral features to increase organic traffic
- Define and execute the growth roadmap, balancing quick wins with compounding bets
- Collaborate with marketing, product, engineering, and analytics to deliver measurable impact
- Report on funnel performance, experiment impact, and product-led growth initiatives
- Use data, user research, and experimentation to identify growth levers
- Establish and maintain a culture of continuous testing and learning
- Lead and scale lifecycle marketing, including onboarding emails, nudges, and re-engagement campaigns
