Summary

Join GameChanger's Product Management team as a Director, leading and organizing work across multiple cross-functional product teams. You will manage a team of senior product managers overseeing platforms and core services. Responsibilities include developing and executing product-led strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams, defining product vision and roadmap, conducting market analysis and user research, establishing performance metrics, advocating for customer needs, and recruiting and coaching product managers. The ideal candidate possesses 8+ years of product management experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role, and a proven track record of success in technology product strategy. Excellent communication and leadership skills are essential. Requirements

  • 8+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
  • Demonstrated success establishing and executing technology product strategy at the leadership level
  • You are an exceptional communicator who embodies storytelling skills, including written, verbal, and numeric communication
  • Skills in alignment-building, persuasion, storytelling, and coaching
  • Experience recruiting other high-performing product managers and growing them
  • A strong β€œproduct sense” to develop intuitive insights paired with an analytical mindset to use the best evidence available
  • An ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of autonomy and ownership

Responsibilities

  • Lead the product management team to develop and execute product-led strategies; setting clear goals and fostering a culture of innovation, impact, and collaboration
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Design, CX and Go-to-Market leadership to ensure seamless integration and alignment around product initiatives
  • Define and communicate a compelling product vision, strategy, and roadmap that prioritize user needs and market demands; recommend strategic shifts based on changes in the business landscape
  • Conduct thorough market analysis and user research to identify opportunities and inform product decisions
  • Establish and monitor metrics and KPIs to measure product performance, user engagement, and overall business impact
  • Advocate for our customers by understanding their needs and behaviors, and translate these into product improvements and innovations
  • Recruit, coach, and inspire product managers
