Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or a related field; MS, MBA or advanced degree preferred
- 7-10 years of experience in product management, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of successfully bringing products to market and driving growth in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Deep understanding of product management best practices, including agile methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset
- Experience working in a [specific industry or technology, if applicable]
Responsibilities
- Develop and articulate a clear product vision that aligns with the company’s strategic objectives
- Define and execute the product roadmap, prioritizing features and initiatives based on market demand, competitive analysis, and customer feedback

- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of product managers, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation
- Set clear objectives and key results (OKRs) for the product management team, ensuring alignment with company goals
- Provide guidance and support in managing the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and other cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery
- Monitor and analyze product performance, making data-driven decisions to iterate and improve products
- Engage with customers, partners, and stakeholders to gather insights and feedback, ensuring produc
- Work closely with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to develop and execute effective go-to-market strategies

- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay informed of industry trends and maintain a competitive edge
- Engage with customers, partners, and stakeholders to gather insights and feedback, ensuring the products meet their needs and expectations
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners, acting as a product evangelist
- Work closely with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to develop and execute effective go-to-market strategies
- Ensure clear and compelling product positioning, messaging, and value propositions
- Support the sales team with product training, sales tools, and customer presentations as needed
- Manage the product management budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to product success, such as customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction
- Continuously improve product management processes and tools to enhance productivity and effectiveness
