Director of Product Management

Summary

Join Qventus, a healthcare technology company, as an experienced analytics product manager. You will leverage your healthcare expertise and analytics background to develop impactful analytics products for both clients and internal teams. This role involves collaborating with customers, delivery, engineering, and design teams to build a world-class suite of analytics tools that enhance the perioperative product and empower hospitals to provide better patient care. You will be responsible for identifying key opportunities, designing intuitive user experiences, refining requirements, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality analytics products. Requirements

• 5+ years experience in analytics or business intelligence
• 5+ years experience in product management
• Experience in the perioperative / surgical domain
• Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with customers, partners, and internal teams
• Hands-on proficiency with at least one dashboarding/visualization tool (e.g. Looker, Sigma)
• A love for the big picture and a healthy obsession with the details
• Deep curiosity and a passion for real-world impact

Responsibilities

• Deeply understand our entire perioperative solution suite and where analytics can provide the most leverage
• Dive into the business problems of our external and internal users in order to identify and validate new product opportunities
• Own the overall design and user experience of our periop analytics suite
• Refine requirements and enable senior technical leaders to efficiently manage development
• Ensure that the analytics products we deliver have both the rigor and polish to delight our users
