Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Public Health, Business)
- Minimum of 7 years of product management experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of successfully bringing complex software products to market
- Proven track record of collaboration across all functions in an enterprise SaaS healthcare technology business
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve ambitious goals
- Experience in building and inspiring high-performing product management teams, with business cases and metrics as proof of results
- Solid technical background with a deep understanding of product management tools and processes, including proficiency in agile methodologies, market research techniques, data analysis and the ability to engage in detailed technical discussions and make informed decisions
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
- Ability to translate market insights into actionable product strategies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to diverse audiences
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges
Responsibilities
- Develop and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy that aligns with market trends, customer needs and Qventus' mission and business goals
- Identify market opportunities and define the product roadmap to capitalize on them
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of product professionals
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the product team
- Conduct market analysis and gather customer feedback to identify trends, needs, and opportunities
- Ensure that products meet market demands and exceed customer expectations
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch
- Collaborate with engineering, design, customer success, marketing, and sales teams
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry experts
- Act as the primary advocate for the product both within and outside the organization
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success
- Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and optimize product performance
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or advanced degree preferred
- Deep understanding of the healthcare industry, including hospital operations, clinical workflows, and regulatory requirements
- Experience with AI and automation technologies is highly desirable
