Requirements

  • 10+ years of B2B product marketing experience, with a strong background in launching and marketing security software solutions
  • Deep understanding of application security, bot detection, fraud prevention, or identity management
  • A proven ability to navigate between high-level strategy and detailed execution in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts into compelling, business-focused value propositions
  • Exceptional ability to influence and collaborate across product, sales, and marketing teams, earning trust and credibility at all levels
  • Clear, concise, and persuasive written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical mindset with a passion for tackling complex challenges and delivering impactful results
  • A proactive, resourceful, and collaborative approach to driving success

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with product management to define and refine product value propositions, ensuring alignment with customer needs and market trends
  • Lead the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for new product features and capabilities, driving awareness and adoption
  • Create customer-centric messaging frameworks, personas, and segmentation strategies to position Arkose Labs as the leader in bot defense and account security
  • Develop and manage comprehensive product launch plans, ensuring cross-functional alignment across sales, marketing, and product teams
  • Produce high-impact sales and marketing collateral, including presentations, solution briefs, and competitive materials, to clearly communicate product value and differentiation
  • Continuously refine product messaging and proof points based on customer feedback, market trends, and performance metrics
  • Partner closely with product management, customer success, and sales teams to deeply understand customer pain points, business challenges, and evolving needs
  • Monitor market trends and competitive landscapes, translating insights into actionable strategies and materials for positioning and messaging
  • Engage directly with customers, prospects, and analysts to gather insights and validate positioning
  • Equip the sales team with tailored tools and training, including product presentations, battle cards, and objection handling guides, to enhance their effectiveness
  • Foster alignment between product and sales teams to ensure seamless communication of product value during the sales cycle
  • Partner with the broader marketing team to craft compelling campaigns that amplify our product story and resonate with target audiences
  • Contribute to the creation of white papers, blogs, webinars, and other thought leadership materials that highlight Arkose Labs’ innovation and expertise
  • Represent Arkose Labs as a domain expert at conferences, webinars, and in analyst briefings, delivering impactful presentations that showcase our product’s value
