Requirements
- 7+ years in B2B SaaS product marketing with experience owning end-to-end GTM
- Experience in nonprofit tech, fintech, or growth-stage startups
- A natural storyteller with strong writing chops and a strategic mind
- Adept at working cross-functionally in fast-moving, high-growth environments
- Strong understanding of marketing funnels, sales cycles, and customer journeys
- Confident and collaborative—comfortable leading conversations with Product, Sales, and Exec teams
- Deeply curious, data-driven, and energized by purpose-driven work
Responsibilities
- Define and continuously evolve product positioning and messaging across buyer personas and verticals
- Transform complex features into clear, benefit-driven narratives that resonate across channels
- Partner closely with Product and Sales to ensure message-market fit
- Build and lead launch strategies for new features and product releases
- Collaborate with Demand Gen, Content, and RevOps to drive awareness, adoption, and revenue impact
- Define launch success metrics and optimize accordingly
- Equip Sales and Success teams with materials that convert: battle cards, one-pagers, pitch decks, FAQs
- Gather insights from customers, prospects, and the field to inform strategy and improve messaging
- Own competitive intelligence and positioning frameworks
- Be the expert on our customers, competitors, and market trends
- Influence roadmap decisions with qualitative and quantitative insights
- Drive alignment between product capabilities and market needs
