Summary

Join Reprise's growing team as the Director of Professional Services and help shape our Solution Architect team. You will play a key role in scaling and optimizing this crucial part of our business. Responsibilities include hiring, managing, and developing a high-performing team of Solution Architects while exceeding revenue and renewal targets. You will work closely with various teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality technical assets and establish best practices. This role requires extensive experience in professional services, team leadership, and front-end web development. Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Professional Services or a related field in a Saas organization
  • Leadership experience managing and scaling a team of top performing Solutions Architects or Professional Services Consultants
  • Hands-on experience in JavaScript, CSS, HTML, front end web development
  • Demonstrated experience in building out KPIs that track success and inform decisions
  • Deep understanding of customer lifecycle management
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Dedication to teamwork and a commitment to problem solving
  • Demonstrated success in partnering with Sales Leadership to position services as part of the sales process
  • Ability to adapt to new and dynamic environments - we are a startup
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills

Responsibilities

  • Interview and hire a team of top performing Solution Architects
  • Mentor, develop, and scale your team of Solution Architects by providing regular coaching, leading weekly 1-1s, and consistently challenging your team
  • Identify opportunities to expand service offerings, including training, consulting, and implementation services
  • Work closely with Sales and Customer Success teams to create compelling service packages that accelerate customer time-to-value and increase retention
  • Establish best practices for working with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Engineering, to share Reprise’s vision
  • Develop and optimize service delivery methodologies that streamline customer onboarding and product adoption
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams by providing feedback on common customer pain points and feature enhancement opportunities
  • Measure and monitor performance of your team through utilization rates, billable hours, gross margins, and customer retention
