Join Typeface, a fast-growing GenAI company, as the Director of Revenue Enablement. You will be responsible for equipping the sales organization with the tools, training, and processes needed for effective execution. Reporting to the Head of GTM Strategy & Operations, you will create and scale programs to drive results for AEs, BDRs, and SCs. This pivotal role ensures operational excellence, reduced ramp times, and consistent sales performance as the team scales. Requirements
- 8+ years of experience building and executing enablement programs for AEs, BDRs, and SCs in high-growth Enterprise SaaS environments
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies like MEDDPICC and frameworks like Role/Goal/Next Step
- Demonstrated success in creating and delivering training programs, sales plays, and enablement collateral to drive business results
- Proficiency in sales tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator, and advanced enablement platforms like Gong or Chorus.ai
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives and deadlines
- A collaborative mindset with experience working cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Solutions Consulting, and Sales Leadership
- Data-driven approach to identifying enablement needs and measuring program impact
Responsibilities
- Ramp new hires quickly and reduce time-to-productivity by establishing a smooth onboarding process from scratch
- Develop comprehensive playbooks covering our sales process and methodologies (e.g., Role/Goal/Next Step, MEDDPICC)
- Create role-specific collateral such as email templates, call scripts, and objection-handling guides
- Deliver hands-on tool training for platforms like Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, and Sales Navigator
- Facilitate advanced skills training on multi-threading, competitive positioning, and negotiation strategies
- Improve sales performance and consistency by accelerating deal cycles and increasing win rates
- Design and execute sales plays focused on strategic priorities like land-and-expand and vertical penetration
- Maintain a central library of resources, including trainings, playbooks, case studies, and persona-specific messaging, in collaboration with Product Marketing
- Implement coaching frameworks for pipeline reviews, 1:1s, and deal inspections
- Develop leadership programs to mentor and upskill future sales managers
