Requirements

  • A solid work and professional ethic - a self-starter with an ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Minimum of 10 years of sales experience, with a track record of successfully exceeding quota targets
  • Minimum of 5 years of leading a B2B SaaS sales team, especially through a startup phase
  • B2B or SaaS sales experience, with an understanding of e-commerce and digital advertising
  • Data-driven approach to both creating a sales pipeline as well as closing deals
  • Presentation skills that bring data and our results to life
  • A competitive streak to beat your goals and help the sales team win, quarter over quarter

Responsibilities

Lead in a crucial role by implementing, improving, and maintaining sales processes, strategies, and material

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with advertising, inventory, or analytics industry is a plus
  • Digital media ad sales experience is a plus
  • Experience in a tech startup
  • Experience in going to conferences, career fairs, and other networking events where social skills are crucial
