Requirements
- 2+ Years as a Sales manager of a team of 6+ Sales Representatives
- Strong experience in Medical Aesthetics or Healthcare
- Hands-on approach to strategic deals
- Coaching-mindset that enables you to teach and cultivate high-potential individuals
- Experience building systems and processes to remove friction from GTM initiatives
- Performance-oriented management style that allows you to manage large teams making thousands of outreach attempts per day
- Experience working in a high-technology startup environment where things are dynamic, the product is constantly improving, and our sales approach is changing
Responsibilities
- Lead the charge in scaling our go-to-market strategy across the medical aesthetics ecosystem
- Own revenue growth
- Manage a high-performing sales team
- Build strategic relationships with key suppliers, providers, clinicians and Doctors
- Partner closely with other leaders across Marketing, Product, Onboarding and Customer Success
