Join Teramind as the Director of Sales, leading and developing a team of Account Executives focused on mid-market and SMB segments. You will drive revenue growth through strategic pipeline management, team coaching, and process optimization. This role requires 7+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, including at least 2 years in a sales leadership or team management role, proven success in selling to mid-market and SMB customers, and strong expertise in HubSpot CRM. You will be responsible for leading, coaching, and developing a team of Account Executives, designing and executing sales strategies, owning the full sales pipeline lifecycle, aligning with marketing, analyzing pipeline and performance data, setting KPIs, conducting regular 1:1s and deal reviews, and optimizing sales processes. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere.
Requirements
- 7+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, including at least 2 years in a sales leadership or team management role
- Proven ability to recruit, lead, and scale Account Executive teams that consistently outperform revenue goals
- Demonstrated success in selling to mid-market and SMB customers (typically <1,000 employees)
- Strong expertise in HubSpot CRM for deal tracking, reporting, and pipeline management
- Deep understanding of sales funnel metrics, forecasting accuracy, and deal execution
- Exceptional communication, coaching, and leadership skills across remote and hybrid teams
- Analytical and data-driven, with a passion for using metrics to guide strategy and improve results
- Willingness to align working hours with US time zones
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Executives focused on mid-market and SMB customers
- Design and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed team and individual revenue targets
- Own the full sales pipeline lifecycle in HubSpot β from lead qualification to close β with rigorous forecasting and reporting
- Align closely with marketing to optimize lead flow, conversion rates, and feedback loops
- Analyze pipeline, performance, and market data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities
- Set clear, measurable KPIs and implement systems to track team performance and accountability
- Conduct regular 1:1s, deal reviews, and career development conversations to drive continuous improvement
- Optimize sales processes and workflows to increase efficiency, scalability, and win rates
