Requirements

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; MBA is a plus
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the fintech or related industry
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Deep understanding of fintech solutions and their application within the field services industry
  • Strong relationships and reputation within the target industries
  • Prior sales management experience leading both Hunter & Farmer individual sales contributors
  • Strong collaboration skills and experience
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to travel as required

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team of both Account Executives (Hunters) & Account Managers (Farmers) plus Business Development professionals
  • Lead, mentor and develop high-performing sales Solution Consultants
  • Set clear performance expectations and provide ongoing coaching and feedback
  • Drive a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence
  • Develop, Build, Launch and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and market penetration goals for fintech solutions
  • Identify and prioritize target markets, customer segments, and sales opportunities
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with product development and promotional strategies
  • Fully understand the Fintech PnL to be able to negotiate enterprise deals with sophisticated customers and consultants
  • Understand fintech monetization levers as well as software monetization levers to be able to negotiate benefits of the bundle, especially when compared to non-integrated and semi-integrated solutions
  • Understand the specific advantages of WorkWave Fintech solutions compared to competitorโ€™s offerings
  • Roll out playbooks and training to the team to improve their ability to handle complex negotiations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Conduct high-level sales presentations and negotiations with potential and existing customers
  • Understand customer needs and tailor fintech solutions to meet their specific requirements
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the field services industry
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting fintech services
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and KPIs
  • Prepare regular reports and forecasts for senior management
  • Implement corrective actions and improvement initiatives to address performance gaps
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, customer support, and finance
  • Ensure effective communication of sales initiatives, strategies, and performance across the organization
