Director of Sales

Requirements

• 5–10+ years of successful sales experience, with a proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quotas
• Experience selling into large organizations including media agencies and brands
• Established relationships across media agencies and brands, with experience selling managed brand and performance media
• Strong understanding of media landscape including programmatic buying, performance media, measurement, ad formats and channels including display, video, CTV, web and mobile
• Self-starter with energy, drive, and an ownership mindset
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to build rapport and foster relationships across teams and clients
• Team-oriented and highly collaborative; thrives in fast-paced environments
• BA/BS degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Willingness and ability to travel for in-person client meetings and industry events

Responsibilities

• Generate a strong pipeline to acquire new business from leading brands and media agencies
• Identify, target, and onboard new clients via direct and agency partnerships
• Consistently achieve or exceed quarterly revenue targets
• Leverage your existing network to drive product adoption and highlight the company’s unique value
• Deliver compelling proposals that blend analytical insight with strategic sales thinking
• Cultivate and grow long-term relationships across brands and agencies
• Work closely with internal teams—including Sales, Account Management, Ad Operations, Sales Planning, and Technical Account Management—to ensure seamless execution of client campaigns
• Ensure optimal campaign delivery and performance by proactively managing client expectations and execution details
• Represent the company at industry events and in-person client meetings to foster trust and deepen engagement
• Continuously educate yourself and others on market developments, positioning the company’s creative-first and premium supply solutions effectively
