Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a related role
- Expertise in CRM systems (e.g., Netsuite, HubSpot) and marketing automation tools
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across teams and influence stakeholders
- Proven track record of optimizing processes and driving measurable improvements in revenue performance
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success leadership to define and execute a unified revenue strategy
- Align processes and systems across the customer lifecycle to optimize pipeline growth and revenue outcomes
- Oversee the design and implementation of dashboards, reports, and analytics to monitor performance metrics (e.g., pipeline, lead conversion, churn rates)
- Provide actionable insights to inform strategic decisions and identify growth opportunities
- Streamline processes across revenue teams to eliminate inefficiencies and improve productivity
- Establish and document workflows for lead management, forecasting, and deal tracking
- Evaluate, implement, and manage revenue-related tools (e.g., CRM, marketing automation, and customer success platforms)
- Ensure proper integration and utilization of technology across teams to support alignment and data accuracy
- Partner with finance and sales leaders to develop accurate revenue forecasts and targets
- Track and report on progress toward revenue goals, ensuring accountability across teams
- Act as a liaison between sales, marketing, and customer success to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
- Develop training programs to enhance team proficiency in tools, processes, and analytics
- Serve as the central point of contact to help the sales and marketing teams operate effectively
- Assist in the development and continuous improvement of quoting and proposal processes
- Produce reports and data for the executive, sales, and marketing teams; oversee the use of various applications and platforms
- Assist in the selection and management of sales and marketing tools
- Analyze past trends to help management forecast future sales
- Train new and existing sales team members
- Evaluate data to ensure product success or implement new sales plans if needed
- Coordinate sales reporting and forecasting within the sales/marketing organization
- Monitor and strive to maintain high quality, accuracy, and process consistency in planning efforts
- Coordinate planning activities with other functions and stakeholders as needed
- Identify opportunities for sales and marketing process improvements
- Work closely with sales management to inspect process quality and prioritize improvements
- Help sales management understand process bottlenecks and inconsistencies
- Analyze performance metrics to enable leadership to effectively coach and develop the sales and marketing team
- Develop and implement new processes and procedures for effective team operations
- Document workflows across all sales and marketing teams
- Manage dashboard automation to capture activity
- Conduct sales and marketing enablement research and best practices by working closely with vendors
- Create a lead management system for marketing and sales within the CRM and track conversion rates
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA is a plus
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a B2B sales environment, with at least 1 year of management experience
- Strong personality with the ability to motivate and drive positive action
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple high-priority tasks
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Experience in sales, marketing, or a related field
- Strong communication skills and IT fluency
- Ability to manage complex projects and multitask effectively
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Benefits
$110-130k plus variable compensation plan
