Summary
Join Eagle Eye Networks as the Director of Strategic Accounts, a remote position with a preference for Austin, TX. Lead and mentor a team of Strategic Account Managers, exceeding sales targets and building strong customer relationships. Develop and execute account plans, fostering cross-functional collaboration. Leverage your extensive experience in the video surveillance and security market, particularly with major integration resellers. This role requires 5+ years of sales team leadership and proven success. Report directly to the Vice President of Sales – North America.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Large Integrators Channel Leadership
- 5+ years in sales team leadership
- Experience selling and leading in a CRM environment
- Superior presentation skills presenting to large and small groups
- Excellent written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building strong client relationships
- Availability to travel >50% of the time
- Bachelor’s degree required
Responsibilities
- Build a formidable team of Strategic Account Managers (SAM) through constant evaluation of individual performance, hiring skilled and company fit personnel as needed
- Continuously coach, motivate and focus the SAM’s insuring their continuous growth and development
- Set the overall vision and annual sales and revenue plan for the Strategic Accounts team supporting the company’s strategy and objectives
- In conjunction with the SAM’s develop annual account plans for all assigned Strategic Accounts
- Through monthly reviews ensure account plans are executed and updated as needed
- Travel extensively to customer sites and industry events participating in industry activities that will promote and expand Eagle Eye’s presence, image and revenue
- Ensure all company and department policies are executed and adhered to
- Become an expert on Eagle Eye solutions and offerings
- Develop strong cross functional relationships with key stakeholders throughout the organization ensuring the needs of our customers, our employees and the company are met
- Grow the assigned Strategic Accounts reaching annual performance goals year after year through strong account planning, customer needs determination and understanding and matching those needs with our offerings and relentless action to promote Eagle Eye within the customer organization
- Through the SAM’s build plans to launch new offerings within each of the assigned accounts
- Develop marketing initiatives and annual plans with the marketing team to promote Eagle Eye with the Strategic Accounts
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the Video/Security industry a plus
