Summary

Observe.AI is seeking a Director of Strategic Accounts to build upon the success of delivering solutions to Fortune 500 companies in the highest priority segment. The role involves prospecting, managing sales pipeline, building relationships with senior executives, owning the full sales cycle, and forecasting performance against sales targets. The ideal candidate has 8-10+ years of quota carrying software or technology sales experience, a consistent track record of over-achieving quota, and previous experience with NextGen Contact Center technology.

• 8-10+ years of quota carrying software or technology sales experience
• Consistent track record of over-achieving quota (top 10% of the company)

Responsibilities

• Prospect, develop, manage sales pipeline and close new customers onto Observe.AI Platform through inbound and outbound efforts
• Build relationships with senior executives and decision-makers across all industries
• Own the full sales cycle from lead to close
• Coordinate resources throughout the sales cycle, including legal, sales engineering, implementation specialists, and leadership

Previous experience with NextGen Contact Center technology
