Requirements

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 10+ years of experience in marketing, partnerships, or business development
  • Proven track record of successfully managing partnerships and achieving measurable results
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
  • Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive affiliate marketing strategy aligned with overall marketing goals and business objectives
  • Identify and evaluate potential partners, assessing their fit with our brand and strategic goals
  • Responsible for driving and maximizing growth through loan aggregators
  • Negotiate partnership agreements and manage ongoing relationships to ensure mutual value and alignment
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Marketing, Sales, and Credit, to leverage partnerships effectively
  • Monitor partnership performance metrics and provide insights to optimize collaboration and enhance results
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and the competitive landscape to identify new opportunities
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build brand presence

  • $150,000 - $180,000 a year
  • Annual incentive bonus based on individual and company performance. Yearly incentive bonus target 25% of base salary
