Summary

Join Candid as their Director of Strategic Partnerships and play a key role in accelerating growth by identifying, structuring, and managing strategic partnerships with high-value channel partners. You will own the full lifecycle of partner relationships, from identifying and closing new opportunities to ensuring partner success and driving revenue. This remote role requires someone who can think big, execute quickly, and collaborate effectively across teams. The position involves sourcing and engaging new partners, nurturing existing relationships, structuring deals, leading onboarding and education, acting as the primary point of contact for partner support, and collaborating with various internal teams. You will maintain a structured pipeline, drive performance improvement, represent Candid at industry events, and contribute to a shared vision. Requirements

  • A strong track record in building and managing strategic partnerships (dental experience is a strong plus)
  • Demonstrated ability to grow and maintain a book of business of high-value partners
  • Comfortable working in collaborative environments, navigating fast-moving teams, and contributing to a shared vision
  • Analytical and detail-oriented, with fluency in data tools and pipeline tracking
  • Ability to bring thoughtful questions, curiosity, and new ideas that push the business forward
  • Strong work ethic and personal accountability
  • Fast learner with the drive to take on challenges and the agility to adapt along the way
  • Willing to travel 50%

Responsibilities

  • Source and engage new partners directly and through collaboration with our field sales team
  • Nurture both new and existing partnerships with regular touchpoints (in-person and remote)
  • Structure partner deals and ensure legal agreements are executed
  • Lead partner onboarding and field education to ensure successful rollout and integration
  • Act as the primary point of contact for partner success, support, and escalations
  • Collaborate with the CEO, CSO, sales, revenue strategy, and operations teams to ensure strong implementation
  • Maintain a structured pipeline with detailed tracking and clear internal communication
  • Drive performance improvement across partners β€” scaling what works and fixing what doesn’t
  • Represent Candid at relevant industry events and help deliver engaging and impactful presentations
