Summary

Join insightsoftware as the Director of Strategic Partnerships, Sales, Data & Analytics! This pivotal role involves building and developing a partner program from the ground up for Logi's embedded analytics solution. You will be responsible for identifying and recruiting partners, driving incremental bookings through various partnerships, and managing relationships with strategic partners. This is a remote individual contributor role reporting to the DVP, requiring strong experience in strategic partnership management, sales, and business development within the data and analytics space. Success hinges on swiftly establishing partnerships and driving partner investment in the business. You will leverage data-driven decision-making and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve mutual success and deliver value to customers.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in strategic partnership management, including a demonstrated track record of recruiting successful partners to investing in building and nurturing relationships in industries relevant to our business
  • Proven expertise in sales and business development, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in driving revenue growth through partner-driven channels
  • Expertise in BI, Analytics and Data management space and experience with vendors like AWS, Google Cloud, Snowflake, Databricks, Cloudera, Power BI, Tableau, etc
  • 5+ years of data & analytics technology sales experience to mid-size companies and enterprises
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly and concisely articulate thoughts
  • Demonstrated strength in negotiation, financial, and analytical skills
  • Critical thinker who is driven to be successful

Responsibilities

  • Build and develop the partner program for Logi Symphony, leveraging the global partner program elements
  • Develop a comprehensive strategy for partner identification, recruitment, onboarding, and enablement
  • Drive incremental bookings through reseller, referral, and technology partnerships
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize partner contributions to the company's overall revenue
  • Cultivate and manage relationships with strategic partners, ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Collaborate with partners to achieve mutual success and deliver value to customers
  • Utilize data and analytics to inform program development and adjustment strategies
  • Regularly assess performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product management
  • Ensure seamless alignment with partner strategies and initiatives
  • Provide regular updates to the DVP and stakeholders on the progress and performance of the partner program
  • Deliver insights and recommendations to drive program growth
