Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in account management, partnerships, or customer success, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role
- Experience overseeing large, complex books of business with proven revenue growth results
- Strong people leadership skills with a history of building, mentoring, and scaling high-performing teams
- Ability to develop strategies that balance partner needs with long-term business goals
- Strong operational acumen—comfortable building and improving systems and processes at scale
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills; able to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- High level of comfort engaging directly with executive-level clients and senior leaders
- Strategic thinker with a bias for action and results
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
Responsibilities
- Lead three Enterprise account management teams: Ads, Mid-Market, and Corporate
- Drive consistent revenue growth and retention across the entire Enterprise portfolio
- Own the rollout of new products and initiatives
- Develop and enforce operational processes that support scalability and efficiency
- Partner with Business Development to drive first-year pro success and reduce churn
- Champion the growth of smaller, emerging accounts while maintaining focus on large partnerships
- Support the success of special projects
- Serve as the senior point of escalation and advocate for both internal stakeholders and strategic partners
- Monitor and report on team performance, identifying opportunities to improve outputs and engagement

- This position will be eligible for $100,000 in variable pay per year paid out quarterly
