Summary

Join Prepared as their Director of Product & Partner Marketing and lead the strategic positioning and go-to-market efforts for their platform and partner ecosystem. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you will develop high-impact strategies and execute them, shaping product narratives, ensuring successful product launches, enabling internal teams, and driving co-marketing initiatives. You will also monitor market trends and competitor activities, create sales tools, establish a feedback loop with Product Management, and mentor a high-performing team. This role requires 8+ years of experience in product and partner marketing within B2B SaaS, a proven track record of success, exceptional communication and analytical skills, and demonstrated leadership abilities. The base compensation is approximately $190,000-$194,000 per year, plus benefits and equity.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in product marketing and partner marketing, with a focus on B2B SaaS solutions
  • Proven track record of successful product launches and partner marketing initiatives
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and present to diverse audiences
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in market research and competitive analysis
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor teams, as well as influence cross-functional stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Develop and refine compelling product narratives that resonate with our target audiences, ensuring consistency across all channels
  • Lead cross-functional teams to plan and execute product launches, ensuring alignment with sales, product, and customer success teams
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform positioning and identify opportunities for differentiation
  • Create and maintain sales tools, including pitch decks, case studies, and training materials, to empower our sales team
  • Establish and maintain a feedback loop with Product Management to help inform market and product trends to maximize product-market fit
  • Develop and execute co-marketing programs with strategic partners, enhancing joint value propositions and market reach
  • Mentor and develop a high-performing product and partner marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in the public safety or emergency services sector is a plus
