Director, Payer Sales in Worldwide

Summary

MedeAnalytics is seeking a Sales Director for their payer and broker sales team. The individual will be responsible for developing relationships with healthcare payer organizations, generating revenue, and engaging directly with prospects. They must have experience selling SaaS solutions into healthcare payers and meet the essential duties and responsibilities, education, experience, and required qualifications. Requirements

• 10+ years of related experience selling to Payers within the SaaS space
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, MBA preferred
• Proven track record in achieving and exceeding annual quota
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Develop meaningful and productive relationships with both internal colleagues and a wide array of leaders at healthcare payer organizations across the assigned accounts and territory
• Generate revenue in assigned accounts and territories by engaging directly with prospects in the field
• Direct selling responsibility for large, complex 6- and 7-figure deals
• Proven experience managing a complex sales cycle and selling to multiple levels within mid-sized and large enterprise organizations
• Develop and manage account and territory plans and pipeline development strategies to meet or exceed quarterly and annual bookings targets
• Understand the business challenges our prospects and clients are facing and aligning these challenges to the capabilities of our products and services
• Work directly with Product team to bring new solutions to market, and offerings to New Healthcare Markets
