Join Wrapbook, a leading financial solutions platform for the Film & TV production industry, as their new Director, Product Marketing! This remote position (USA/Canada) offers the chance to lead the PMM function, reporting directly to the Head of Marketing. You will spearhead go-to-market strategies, develop compelling narratives, and ensure alignment between Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams. The ideal candidate possesses extensive B2B SaaS experience, particularly in high-growth startups with complex buying processes. Proven success in building and scaling Product Marketing functions is essential, along with exceptional storytelling and communication skills. This role involves managing a small team and directly impacting business outcomes.
Requirements
- 8+ years of Product Marketing experience at a B2B SaaS company, ideally including high-growth startup environments
- 4+ years of people management experience—small teams OK
- A passion for storytelling and positioning in a vertical SaaS context, preferably with experience in complex or regulated industries
- Experience with multi-persona and multi-segment GTM motions (e.g. mid-market and enterprise)
- Strong track record of building messaging frameworks and enabling GTM teams to hit their numbers
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills—you’re a trusted partner across Marketing, Product, Sales, and leadership
- Confidence in presenting, training, and influencing at all levels of the organization—as well as externally
- Tech stack: Salesforce; Figma; Notion; Navattic; user research platforms; BI and product analytics tools
Responsibilities
- Drive successful product launches and feature releases in partnership with Product, Sales, and Demand Generation teams
- Develop and own Wrapbook’s core product messaging and positioning, ensuring competitive differentiation, consistency, and clarity across all channels
- Develop enablement assets for internal teams—battlecards, pitch decks, one sheets, training resources, and customer stories
- Conduct customer and market research to inform Product and GTM strategies
- Analyze competitive trends and work with Product and Brand Creative to craft a winning narrative
- Collaborate with Sales on pricing, packaging, and segmentation initiatives
- Manage and mentor a small but high-performing team of Product Marketers
