Requirements
- 7+ years in B2B demand generation
- 8+ years of experience in Marketing
- Experience working with Hubspot, Salesforce, 6Sense, ZoomInfo, and other MarTech platforms
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive pipeline generation strategy, focusing on achieving top-of-the-funnel acquisition goals and driving our account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives
- Take ownership of marketing-sourced pipeline building across key audience segments, personas, target geographies, channels, and market verticals to drive predictable, scalable, and repeatable pipeline growth, ultimately contributing to revenue expansion
- Design, develop, and launch multi-channel targeted campaigns, encompassing paid advertising, email marketing, content marketing, account-based marketing, events, and more, to effectively reach and engage prospects at various stages of the sales funnel
- Plan and execute engaging events such as webinars, workshops, and industry gatherings to enhance audience engagement and drive revenue
- Craft and execute lead nurturing campaigns tailored to target buyer personas, utilizing real-time measurements to assess lead quality and conversion rates
- Collaborate closely with sales teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns for cross-sell/up-sell and retention initiatives
- Foster alignment between sales and marketing teams, ensuring cohesive execution of our campaign strategy and enabling seamless conversion of engagement into pipeline and revenue
- Establish and maintain alignment with the sales team on key metrics, messaging, buyer personas, Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), and other essential Go-To-Market (GTM) elements
- Work collaboratively with content marketing and communications team members to create compelling assets for new customer acquisition campaigns and demand programs, including high-value offers, industry reports, videos, case studies, whitepapers/eBooks, and interactive tools
- Oversee Marketing Operations and collaborate with Sales Operations to optimize lead/account management processes, messaging, and technology stack, including lead/account routing, scoring models, response times, sales follow-up cadences, and marketing nurturing
- Evaluate overall program performance and return on investment (ROI) by analyzing program impact on pipeline, bookings, and revenue
- Collaborate with our external demand marketing agency, as well as the Content and Brand Marketing, Product Marketing, and Sales teams, to develop and promote awareness, acquisition, retention, and cross-sell campaigns
