Summary
Join Tines as the Director of Technology Partnerships and lead the strategic development and management of our technology partner ecosystem. This remote role, based in the Boston or New York City metro areas, is pivotal in driving mutual value through integrations and joint go-to-market initiatives. You will collaborate with product, sales, and marketing teams to identify and expand strategic relationships. Responsibilities include defining and executing partnership strategy, identifying new opportunities, leading integrations, collaborating on go-to-market initiatives, managing relationships, tracking performance, and representing Tines at industry events. This role requires 12+ years of experience in technology partnerships, strong leadership skills, technical acumen, strategic thinking, and excellent collaboration skills. A bachelor's degree is required; an advanced degree is a plus. The target annual compensation is $320-350K OTE.
Requirements
- 12+ years in technology partnerships, business development, or related roles, preferably in SaaS or automation platforms with 4+ years of direct people management experience
- Proven ability to lead and scale partnership programs, with experience managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, and SaaS ecosystems; ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to develop long-term strategies while managing day-to-day execution
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a track record of building and maintaining successful partner relationships
- History of delivering measurable outcomes, such as revenue growth, customer acquisition, or market expansion, through partnerships
- Bachelorโs degree in business, technology, or a related field
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technology partnerships strategy to align with Tinesโ business objectives and product roadmap
- Identify and prioritize new partnership opportunities that drive value for Tines and our customers
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to develop seamless integrations with key technology partners, enhancing our platform's capabilities
- Work closely with marketing and sales to develop joint GTM initiatives, co-branded campaigns, and revenue-generating opportunities with partners
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners, ensuring ongoing collaboration, satisfaction, and shared success
- Establish KPIs to measure partnership success and regularly report on progress to stakeholders
- Represent Tines at industry events, webinars, and partner forums, positioning the company as a leader in automation and technology ecosystems
