Summary

Join Level Access, a mission-driven organization dedicated to digital accessibility, as the Head of Global Training and Enablement. Lead and develop a high-performing enablement team across five key areas: onboarding, skill development, product enablement, tech and process enablement, and technical accessibility enablement. You will drive the overall enablement strategy, create training content, and facilitate programs. The ideal candidate is a strategic and hands-on leader passionate about learning and development. This role requires a balance of leadership, strategy, and hands-on execution, building and delivering world-class training while leading a team. This is a full-time, salaried, remote position with a competitive benefits package.

Requirements

  • 7+ years’ experience in Sales, Training and Enablement
  • 4+ years’ experience in a hunter sales role
  • 3+ years’ experience in managing teams and delivering against business goals
  • Strong experience supporting Enablement in revenue teams of over 130 sales reps
  • Experience standing up new enablement programs & functions
  • Experience building sales & post-sales enablement programs
  • Strong knowledge & expertise in sales methodologies (Challenger, Insight Selling, Value Selling, Consultative Selling, MEDDPICC, SPIN, etc.)
  • Strong VILT, ILT, and facilitation skills
  • Deep understanding of adult learning theory and principles with ability to apply multiple techniques virtually and in person to drive retention and engagement
  • Proven experience building playbooks, enablement resources, supporting tools & resources
  • Knowledge & experience with instructional design, designing curricula, e-Learning courses, learning paths, and blended learning experiences utilizing content creation software (i.e.: Articulate360 Product Suite, Adobe Creative Cloud, Camtasia)

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of enablement professionals, empowering them to excel in each of the five focus areas
  • Establish team goals, prioritize initiatives, and allocate resources effectively to support company-wide growth objectives
  • Foster a collaborative, inclusive team culture focused on innovation, accountability, and impactful enablement
  • Design, develop, and deliver engaging training programs across various modalities, including instructor-led sessions, e-learning modules, workshops, and coaching programs
  • Actively facilitate training sessions for employees across sales, customer success, delivery, and product teams, ensuring content is relevant, interactive, and impactful
  • Partner with subject matter experts to build and refine training content, incorporating real-world scenarios, hands-on practice, and assessments to reinforce learning
  • Stay up to date on best practices in training and enablement, continuously enhancing program effectiveness
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive enablement strategy aligned with business goals to support revenue growth, operational efficiency, and customer experience
  • Partner with department heads to ensure the enablement strategy aligns with organizational priorities and optimizes team impact
  • Oversee the creation, rollout, and continuous improvement of enablement programs, ensuring they are scalable and responsive to business needs
  • Work closely with leaders across Sales, Customer Success, Delivery, Operations, and Product to identify skill gaps and enablement needs
  • Align enablement initiatives with key business objectives, ensuring programs drive measurable impact
  • Implement feedback loops with stakeholders to refine training programs and learning paths continuously
  • Oversee onboarding, skill development, product training, tech and process enablement, and accessibility training, ensuring programs are integrated into a unified strategy
  • Establish KPIs to track training effectiveness, participant engagement, and skill adoption
  • Use data and feedback to iterate and improve enablement programs, making data-driven recommendations for optimization
  • Lead enablement-related change management initiatives as the company grows, ensuring smooth transitions and high adoption rates
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning, ensuring training programs remain relevant, innovative, and aligned with best practices in SaaS enablement
