Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Driving revenue growth and expanding the client base for Altium's ELM portfolio of products and services
  • Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve ELM objectives and revenue targets
  • Overseeing sales management of the ELM Portfolio, including monitoring sales pipeline health, identifying growth opportunities, overseeing sales enablement and tracking performance metrics
  • Guide, mentor, and motivate the Enterprise Sales Team to meet and exceed ELM sales goals
  • Work with the Enterprise Sales Team to build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Identify client needs and opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products and services in the ELM Portfolio
  • Continuously evaluate and improve ELM sales collateral and selling approach to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
  • Collaborate closely with other departments such as Enterprise Marketing, Product & Engineering, Pre-Sales and Deployment to align ELM sales efforts with overall business objectives
