Summary

The Sales Enablement Manager is responsible for managing sales enablement tools, designing and implementing onboarding and ongoing sales enablement programs, working closely with various teams to drive sales productivity, and creating sales-relevant content. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in corporate learning or similar roles, deep knowledge of sales processes and methodologies, effective communication skills, and the ability to work independently. The position requires travel up to 10% and offers a base salary between $130,000 and $160,000.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years experience working in corporate learning, enablement, sales strategy, sales productivity, communications, or similar roles for a SaaS - Cloud company
  • Deep knowledge of sales processes, methodologies and solution selling best practices
  • Able to thrive in a fast paced, ever-changing SaaS environment
  • Effective at synthesizing and distilling large amounts of information with a deep-understanding of what constitutes sales-relevant content
  • Proven track record of scoping, building and executing integrated sales communications, and enablement programs and content
  • Strong presentation skills and a passion for storytelling
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills + strong presentation skills
  • Proven ability to work proactively and independently to address challenges and needs
  • Listens to understand and sets ego aside for the good of the company
  • Experience working with a variety of stakeholders / business units

Responsibilities

  • Managing sales enablement tools such as our Mindtickle CMS to ensure we’re leveraging relevant features, holding the teams accountable and providing a simple, seamless learning experience for the sales org
  • Design and implement onboarding and ongoing sales enablement programs and projects
  • Work closely with Product Management, Product Marketing and Sales teams to drive the sales and technical enablement content
  • Build effective relationships with sales leaders and individual contributors across Sumo Logic globally to effectively drive sales productivity through enablement programs
  • Create sales-relevant enablement content and resources ranging including one-pagers, presentations, video, audio podcasts and internal blog posts
  • Monitor and report on the sales new hires progress in assigned onboarding activities

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree a huge plus
