Summary
Join Endear, a leading CRM for omnichannel brands, as our Email Marketing Manager. You will own the strategy, execution, and optimization of our email marketing efforts, nurturing leads, increasing engagement, and driving demos. This role requires developing and executing email campaigns, leading segmentation and nurturing using HubSpot, analyzing and optimizing performance, collaborating cross-functionally, and ensuring compliance with email marketing laws. The ideal candidate possesses 3+ years of email marketing experience, HubSpot mastery, a strategic mindset, and strong analytical and content creation skills. Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in email marketing, preferably at a start-up, in SaaS, or retail
- HubSpot mastery: Proven expertise using HubSpot or similar software to create workflows, segment audiences, report on campaign performance, and stay up-to-date with platform updates, properties, and best practices
- Strategic mindset: Proven ability to think critically about the customer journey and develop strategies to nurture leads effectively (ABM, etc). Youβre excited by A/B testing and iterating to find success
- Team-player Mentality: Youβre a curious go-getter who has the autonomy and confidence to take initiative, work collaboratively, and report back to the team as our channel expert
- Data-driven approach: Strong analytical skills to measure campaign success and make informed decisions
- Content creation skills: Can quickly adopt the Endear brand voice and utilize all existing branded content (ebooks, blog posts, videos, graphics etc) to write email copy that resonates with target audiences and drives action
- Organized and detail-oriented: Strong project management skills with a keen eye for detail to juggle multiple campaigns and deadlines
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns: Own the end-to-end process for all email marketing initiatives, including planning, idea and content creation, scheduling, and performance analysis
- Lead segmentation and nurturing: Use Hubspot to properly segment leads, create tailored email workflows, and move prospects through the marketing funnel
- Analyze and optimize: Continuously measure and analyze the performance of campaigns to identify trends, optimize performance, and ensure alignment with overall marketing and sales goals
- Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with the marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure email marketing aligns with broader campaigns and initiatives
- Stay compliant: Stay up-to-date and ensure all campaigns comply with email marketing laws and best practices (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, etc)
