Email Marketing Manager

Summary

Join Transitions Elite, a performance growth company, as their high-performing Email Marketing Manager to own and scale their email marketing engine. You will build segmented, automated, and performance-optimized campaigns for weekly webinars, driving attendance, appointments, and revenue. This role requires end-to-end email management, from strategy and content to execution and analytics. The ideal candidate possesses 3-5 years of email marketing experience, strong copywriting skills, proficiency in AI tools, and a data-driven approach to optimization. The position offers a full-time, fully remote work environment with flexible vacation, performance bonuses, and career growth opportunities. Compensation is $3,500-$4,000 per month (gross salary).

Requirements

• 3-5 years experience with email marketing strategy and automation tools
• Strong direct response copywriting skills
• Proficient using AI tools like ChatGPT, Jasper, or Copy.ai for copywriting
• Capable of building full-funnel journeys - from lead to customer
• Confident in interpreting analytics and optimizing campaigns
• Comfortable working fast and adapting quickly
• Consistent with brand voice and tone across all touchpoints
• Skilled at writing for real people - clear, customer-first messaging
• Knowledgeable about GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and email compliance best practices

Responsibilities

• Own the email marketing program end-to-end, from execution to copy
• Build and manage segmented campaigns that convert cold leads into warm bookings
• Write and design high-converting emails, nurture sequences, and promos
• Use data to segment lists and personalize messaging
• Run A/B tests on subject lines, content, CTAs, and more
• Track metrics like open rates, CTR, bookings, and revenue — and improve them
• Keep lists clean and deliverability strong with smart hygiene practices
• Build automations and workflows in CRMs like GoHighLevel

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with service-based businesses (e.g. dental, medical, legal, consulting)
• Portfolio of high-performing email sequences, especially promos or nurture campaigns
