Requirements

  • 2+ years of marketing experience and a desire to grow in the field of email marketing/automation
  • 1+ years experience with marketing automation tools like Marketo, HubSpot, MailChimp, etc
  • Understanding the metrics of email marketing campaigns and ability to analyze email performance
  • Familiarity with A/B and multivariate testing methods to optimize email campaigns
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Capable of working independently while effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Good project and program management skills
  • Experience with customer segmentation techniques

Responsibilities

  • Create emails and landing pages for email campaigns using email and landing page builder tools (no coding is required)
  • Manage and execute blast email campaigns and triggered communications
  • Develop new nurturing campaigns and maintain existing ones to improve their performance
  • Create and manage Marketo programs for various marketing channels and enable its tracking and synchronization with SFDC and other tools
  • Handle lists uploads for marketing campaigns
  • Prepare, analyze, and present performance reports to management and stakeholders, offering data-driven insights and recommendations
  • Contribute to setting and achieving team and company goals and deliverables
  • Follow established processes and frameworks using Wrike as a company’s work management tool

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with other marketing operations-related tools (CRM, QA systems, mobile notification platforms, email builders, CMS systems etc.)
  • Knowledge of GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other email compliance regulations
  • Basic understanding of HTML and CSS is a plus
