Summary

Kwalified is seeking an Email Marketing Specialist to join their team. The successful candidate will develop and execute email marketing strategies, create engaging content, segment email lists, monitor campaign performance, and perform A/B tests. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing or a related field, 3 years of experience, familiarity with email marketing tools, excellent communication skills, and attention to detail.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of related experience
• Familiarity with email marketing tools such as Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or HubSpot
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute email marketing strategies aligned with overall brand goals
• Create engaging email content for the target audience
• Segment email lists based on demographics, behavior, interests, and preferences for personalized campaigns
• Manage email lists in compliance with anti-spam regulations, handling subscriber updates and ensuring data accuracy
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance through analytics tools to drive future improvements
• Perform A/B tests on different components of email campaigns and control automation for timely customer journey communication
