Requirements

• Must be able to fluently speak Mandarin and will be expected to coach their reps and communicate with prospects in Mandarin
• Exhibit key management competencies (i.e., culture builder, managerial courage, etc.)
• Consistently attained or over-attained their goals for the last 10 months

Responsibilities

• Directly manage 6-8 Account Executives and be responsible for the productivity of these reps and their pipelines
• Coach the reps to conduct efficient discovery meetings, live demos, and crafting a solution that best meets the prospect’s needs in Mandarin
• Support the Director by gathering front-line feedback and helping determine where to invest resources in these emerging markets
• Find opportunities to make the funnel for each Market more efficient by having an entrepreneurial mindset
• Partner with teams across the business to ensure that expectations set during the sales process are met in delivery
