Join Garner, a rapidly growing healthcare company, as their Enablement Director! Lead comprehensive enablement programs for Sales and Account Management teams, developing change management and training initiatives. Collaborate with various teams to align training programs and manage content across multiple platforms. Define and track KPIs related to enablement initiatives. This fully remote position requires 8+ years of experience in sales enablement or a related field, including 3+ years in a quota-carrying B2B sales role. A Bachelor's degree is required. Garner offers a competitive salary ($228,000-$252,000), equity incentives, and benefits including flexible PTO, medical/dental/vision, 401(k), and Teladoc.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in sales enablement, revenue enablement, or similar GTM enablement / training function at a large organization OR 5+ years related experience in management consulting
- 3+ years in a quota-carrying B2B sales or account management role with a track record of success
- Knowledge of B2B Sales required
- Bachelors degree required, Masters or other advanced degrees a plus
- Willingness to dive in and solve problems in ambiguous or murky situations with a focus on simplification and clarity
- Willingness to βroll up your sleevesβ and do whatever is necessary to ensure company success
- Experience working in a rapidly evolving startup environment

Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive enablement, change-management, and ever-boarding programs for Sales and Account Management teams designed to minimize harmful disruption while driving the organizations forward
- Develop change management, rollout, training, and certification / QA programs for new initiatives including product launches, new tool introduction, and other strategic priorities
- Manage onboarding for Sales and Account Management teams end-to-end including pre-recorded content, live education sessions, and live certification
- Collaborate with Sales / Account Management leadership, marketing, product, and operations teams to align on the design and rollout of training programs related to messaging, workflows, and tools
- Manage content and collateral across the LMS, Google Drive, and other repositories
- Define and track KPIs related to the effectiveness and impact of enablement initiatives such as rep ramp time and individual win rates in the context of the broader business objectives
Preferred Qualifications
