Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience as an engineering program manager within an engineering or technology environment
• Strong understanding of engineering principles, the software development lifecycle, and Agile methodologies
• Proven track record of managing complex programs with cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Quick ability to grasp complex technical details and effectively remove roadblocks
• Strategic thinking and the ability to contribute to planning and executing ad hoc projects
• Proficiency with project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Aha, or similar platforms

Responsibilities

• Program Management: Lead multiple engineering programs, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and delivering projects on time, within scope, and with high quality
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with engineering, product management, and other cross-functional teams to drive program success. Facilitate communication and resolve dependencies across teams
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues early in the program lifecycle. Develop and implement strategies to mitigate impacts on timelines and deliverables
• Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for program stakeholders. Provide regular updates on program status, risks, and milestones
• Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and enhance engineering processes to improve efficiency, quality, and delivery speed
• Release Management: Oversee and coordinate product and cloud releases, including scheduling, communication, QA coordination, and post-release follow-up
• Ad Hoc Project Support: Support strategic initiatives, leveraging expertise to contribute to the successful completion of ad hoc projects

Preferred Qualifications

Certifications: PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, or similar certification is a plus
