Join Contentsquare as an Enterprise Account Executive to spearhead expansion in French-speaking Switzerland. Lead the regional market development, engaging key stakeholders and partners. Requirements

  • Fluent in French and fully proficient in English: our internal teams operate globally, and some clients may have English-speaking stakeholders
  • Experience navigating complex enterprise sales cycles in a BtoB SaaS environment, ideally both as a sales hunter (new logo / new revenue acquisition) and account manager (existing business)
  • Experience selling at the C-level in a multi stakeholders environment
  • A consultative seller : skilled at understanding your clients' needs, aligning value propositions, and building long-term relationships based on trust
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to proactively engage with internal teams and external stakeholders to co-create value for your accounts

Responsibilities

  • Own your territory like a regional leader : You’ll be responsible for developing our Swiss French-speaking market, working as the key representative of Contentsquare in the region
  • Lead and manage the full sales cycle from lead to close, for strategic enterprise accounts
  • Establish lasting relationships with C-level executives and senior stakeholders in Ecommerce, Marketing, Product, Analytics and Data functions
  • Generate new business through inbound leads, referrals, and proactive outreach using your network and market knowledge
  • Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers through cross-sell, upsell, and renewal strategies
  • Drive ecosystem engagement : Work closely with our Partnerships and Marketing teams to activate and maintain relationships with local partners, event organizers, and communities to increase Contentsquare’s visibility and influence
  • Act as a connector and orchestrator internally, partnering with Customer Success, Solutions Consulting, and Marketing teams to drive client outcomes and growth
  • Leverage CRM and forecasting tools to manage pipeline and report accurately, using a consultative and strategic sales methodology
  • Serve as the voice of the customer within Contentsquare, advocating for client needs and collaborating with product and tech teams

Preferred Qualifications

A good understanding of the Swiss business landscape , especially in the French-speaking region. Experience selling into or working within this market is a strong plus
