Summary
Join Sinch, a leading customer communications company, as an Enterprise Account Executive. You will engage with target accounts, build relationships, and align Sinch's solutions with their business initiatives. Responsibilities include developing relationship maps, understanding customer needs, negotiating pricing, and maintaining accurate sales forecasts. This role requires 5+ years of enterprise deal management experience, a proven track record of exceeding $1M+ ACV sales goals, and experience selling to large companies at the V and C levels. Preferred qualifications include experience in marketing technology and specific industry sectors. Sinch offers competitive compensation, including a base salary of $125,001-$150,000 plus estimated $150,000 in commissions, along with comprehensive benefits.
Requirements
- Someone with 5+ years of Enterprise deal management and closing experience
- Driven and have met/exceeded annual sales goals of $1m+ ACV
- Able to demonstrate methodology to prospect and build pipeline on your own
- Experienced in working for an innovative tech company (Marketing technology or similar preferred)
- Experienced in selling into large companies with the ability to win new logos
- Experience selling at V and C Level to marketers at B2C brands. Ideally, some experience with Retail, Travel, Hospitality and/or Financial Services
- MEDDPICC, MEDDIC or similar rigorous deal inspection sales experience
Responsibilities
- Engage with a designated list of target accounts, focusing on national and international brands to foster and maintain relationships, aligning Sinch’s solutions with the brands’ strategic business initiatives
- Develop and manage comprehensive relationship maps for your territory, capturing both current relationships and aspirational contacts to enhance network accessibility
- Cultivate an in-depth understanding of customers’ businesses, analyzing competitive strengths and weaknesses to identify opportunities for Sinch’s solutions
- Negotiate favorable pricing and business terms with large commercial enterprises, effectively demonstrating value and return on investment (ROI) to maximize sales potential
- Maintain high levels of forecasting accuracy and consistency, ensuring that business projections align with sales strategies and targets

- President’s Club achievement, top rep, top percentile performer, consistent YoY over-achievement
- Consistent deal sizes of $200k+
