Summary

The job is for an Enterprise Account Executive in Europe at TheyDo, a fast-growing B2B SaaS organization. The role involves helping company executives and customer experience teams adopt journey management at scale, and meeting sales targets. Requirements

  • 8+ years of B2B SaaS AE experience with a minimum of 3 years focused on Enterprise segment
  • Track record of exceeding >$1m annual quotas and consistently demonstrated ability to close mid / high 6 figure deals
  • Experience in value-selling and strategic sales methodologies
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders at large Enterprise organisations
  • Experience and confidence selling to C-level execs at enterprise organisations virtually and in person where necessary
  • Experience navigating complex procurement processes with a diligent and controlled approach
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to senior stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Help company executives, customer experience teams and product teams assess and adopt journey management at scale in their organizations
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual targets

Grit, emotional intelligence and collaboration, ingenuity skills with an ability to teach people about our solutions, coachable, ambiguity & adaptability, enterprise sales experience within a fast scaling organisation
