Summary

GR0 is seeking a dynamic Enterprise Account Manager, Client Activation with 3-5 years of experience in account management and client relationship management, preferably within paid media management. The role involves managing client relationships, leading conversations surrounding ongoing client campaign needs, facilitating upsell opportunities, and ensuring seamless coordination across departments.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of proven experience in account management and client relationship management, preferably within paid media management
  • Functional understanding of omnichannel marketing strategies and tactics
  • Demonstrated ability in assurance of multi-party comprehension of communicated initiatives and goals
  • Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills
  • A keen eye for detail with a track record of solutions oriented mindset
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Mastery of third party reporting tools and platforms that enable cross-channel reporting and outcome forecasting

Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for the management and nurturing of relationships with GR0’s small to medium spend, omnichannel digital marketing clients
  • Directly manage client account relationships as the central point of contact where necessary in an omnichannel relationship
  • Be responsible for leading the conversation surrounding ongoing client campaign and marketing needs, functioning largely as the fractional CMO or CGO for client campaigns under management
  • Be responsible for facilitating upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the omnichannel book of business managed by this role, with strong salesmanship
  • Facilitate internal omnichannel communication to ensure seamless coordination across departments
