Requirements

  • Be ambitious and driven: Enthusiastically create new business opportunities
  • Possess effective communication, strong interpersonal skills, be motivated, driven and results-oriented
  • Have excellent negotiation, presentation and problem-solving skills
  • Have at least 3+ years of full-cycle sales experience, ideally in the Enterprise space and DevOps
  • Know the industry and can demonstrate 3+ years of software sales experience
  • Have experience managing both existing and new customers
  • Practice effective, excellent communication with management, customers, and partners
  • Demonstrate a track record of quota attainment
  • Have a strong business development background and experience in opening new logos
  • Have experience with MEDDPICC, salesforce, and storytelling techniques to solve customer problems

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the broader team to ensure pipeline generation
  • Spearhead our business growth by leveraging a diverse range of tools and strategies to prospect and cultivate new business pipelines actively
  • Develop and manage sales pipeline & accurate forecast through the CRM system
  • Build multi-threaded strategic relationships within assigned accounts
  • Serve as key client contact for customers and coordinating resources to support pre & post-sale experience, professional services, and technical account team
  • Keep abreast of competition, competitive issues, and products
  • Develop and present executive-level presentations to new and existing customers
