Success in this role requires a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and strong communication and organizational skills. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of B2B SaaS sales experience and familiarity with CRM tools.
Requirements
- 5-10 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within SaaS, AI, or compliance-focused solutions
- Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a detailed sales pipeline
- Experience using CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce
- 5+ years as a successful Account Executive
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, conduct outreach via calls and emails, and develop sales strategies
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline, track activities, and report on sales performance using CRM tools
- Build relationships with decision-makers, present customized solutions, and provide exceptional client support
- Develop an in-depth understanding of the companyβs platform and conduct product demonstrations
- Work with marketing and product teams to improve messaging and provide client insights for feature development
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with workplace compliance, safety, or HR technology
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Apollo.io
- Knowledge of using call recording tools like Gong
- Previous experience representing the company at industry events or conferences
