Summary

Join LILT's Customer Deployment team as an Enterprise Solution Manager and lead the technical implementation and onboarding of our most complex enterprise clients. You will be responsible for ensuring rapid customer adoption and value realization through expert solution design and seamless coordination across teams. This hybrid role offers a blend of in-office collaboration and remote work flexibility, based in Emeryville, CA, Indianapolis, IN, or other specified locations. You will leverage your 5+ years of experience in enterprise software solution design and implementation to manage complex technical projects and drive customer success. Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in technical solution design and implementation for enterprise software
  • Proven track record of managing complex technical projects with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and communicate complex solutions
  • Excellence in customer-facing communication, business acumen and relationship management
  • Experience in driving customer adoption and success metrics
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Ability to navigate and resolve challenging customer situations
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. is a precondition of employment

Responsibilities

  • Lead onboarding coordination and related customer-facing communication for our most strategic and complex customers
  • Support the solution design process while developing and maintaining comprehensive technical solution specifications
  • Drive customer onboarding to completion within 30 days of sale (10 days for accelerated motion)
  • Coordinate across product, customer engineering, and customer success teams to ensure successful deployment
  • Manage technical support throughout the onboarding phase
  • Lead day to day customer communications and expectation management, in partnership with CSM and AE
  • Create and execute project management plans aligned with post-sales team
  • Drive platform and connector adoption to achieve customer outcome metrics

Background in localization or enterprise software
