Enterprise Solutions Engineer

Summary

Join Hightouch, a company empowering everyone to take action on their data, as an Enterprise Solutions Engineer. Work closely with major companies to solve complex problems, teaching people and innovating in how customers use data. Partner with Account Executives to remove sales obstacles, advocate for customer interests, and create compelling technical content. Requirements

• 4+ years sales experience with at least 2+ years of that being into enterprise companies
• Strong discovery and interpersonal skills
• Intellectual curiosity, high ambition and humility
• Experience selling Martech and/or Data Solutions
• Experience with the following: Cloud Warehouses, Data Engineering, Data Analytics, and Data Modeling, and API's

Responsibilities

• Partner with our Account Executives by removing technical and business-related obstacles in front of a sale, advocating for customer interests to relevant internal teams, and creating compelling technical content
• Get excited talking to data engineers, product managers, marketers, and also know how to distill technical concepts to our buyers
• We’re here to make our customers’ lives easier by providing them with the right solutions for their challenges in customer data strategy and architecture
• Solutions Engingeers at Hightouch frequently work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to understand their problems and craft creative technical solutions with them

Benefits

• The salary range for this position is 190,000-220,000 OTE (70/30 split) per year, which is location independent in accordance with our remote-first policy
• We also offer meaningful equity compensation in the form of ISO options, and offer early exercise and a 10 year post-termination exercise window
