Summary
Join Procore as an Enterprise Solutions Engineer, Specialty Contractors, and partner with the Account Executive team to leverage your technical expertise in cloud-based software and the Procore platform. You will be the technical expert, supporting Account Executives throughout the sales process, including technical demonstrations, RFP responses, and collaboration with various teams. This role involves mastering Procore's product offerings and working cross-functionally to achieve customer success. The position offers a remote or office-based option in the US. Requirements
- Construction IT or Construction Professionals
- Experience in IT, and management roles within the construction industry, including Asset Manager, Construction Manager, Project Manager, Director of Information Systems and Technology, IT Solutions Manager
- Ability to establish credibility with an executive audience
- Strong problem solving, analytical, and active listening skills
- Experience developing quantitative and qualitative analyses
- Confidence based on rigorous preparation and forethought
- High degree of curiosity with particular emphasis in discovering how to evolve current thinking of ‘value’ for the Construction industry
- Strong storytelling skills
- Proven performance in a pre-sales support role selling a SaaS solution through demonstrations, drafting RFP responses, and onboarding sales executives
- Understanding of complex web and mobile applications utilized for documentation management, project management, or similar
Responsibilities
- Own pre-sales technical support of prospects and partners from initial contact through product demonstration and close
- Work with sales team to close new business by addressing prospects’ technical challenges
- Enabling new Account Executives for success and transforming them into Procore experts through training and support
- Complete immersion and mastery of Procore’s product offerings, business model, services, and emerging technologies
- Communicating with fellow team members (mentoring and asking questions) via instant messaging, email, phone, and face to face meetings
- Collaborating with all levels of the Procore organization to develop best practices, connect prospects and clients with Product Managers and Marketing to further client success and Procore’s evolution as a market leader
- Work cross-functionally with Account Executives, Solution Engineering Overlays, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing to establish a shared vision with our customers, helping them achieve their strategic goals

Procore platform users are highly preferred but not required
Benefits
- Base Pay Range $64 - $88 plus commission for an estimated on-target earnings of $189,000 - $259,875
