Summary

Join Snap! Mobile, Inc. as a Full-time Event Coordinator! This remote, hourly position offers the chance to plan and coordinate both internal and external events. You will be responsible for event logistics, travel arrangements, marketing materials, and equipment management. The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively. While a bachelor's degree in hospitality management or event coordination experience is a plus, it's not mandatory. Snap! Requirements

  • Be highly organized and detail oriented
  • Be comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Be able to meet deadlines while working on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Possess strong organizational and excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. (Word, Outlook, Excel, Access, Power Point)
  • Be able to stand for 8+ hours on event days and able to lift or move 40+ pounds
  • Be comfortable with and able to travel. Estimated travel is 1-3 events per year within the US

Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for event planning and logistics for all assigned clinics, conferences and tradeshows
  • Work with cross-functional teams, stakeholders and exhibit managers to ensure everything is in order for the team attending
  • Maintain up to date information on the internal event tracker for all conferences and clinics including attendees, location, registration dates, fees, technical needs, exhibitor prospectus information, and event feedback
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for all assigned events for flights, lodging, and ground transportation, while adhering to travel policies, guidelines and budget
  • Coordinate distribution of marketing materials for the event, including banners, brochures, swag, giveaways, and PowerPoint presentations
  • Effectively track inventory for event equipment and supplies
  • Assist in the set up and break down for assigned Tier 1 events including flooring, banners and large displays
  • Assist in the planning and execution of company virtual events, including happy hours, wellness events, and employee experience events
  • Assist in celebrating employee milestones through our employee experience program
  • Assist in curating content for the employee experience program including weekly newsletters, welcome messages, and bi-monthly wellness newsletters

Preferred Qualifications

  • Have experience in event coordination and/or a bachelor’s degree in hospitality management
  • Be coachable and hungry to learn in a fast-paced, high-growth organization
  • Be a natural problem solver with the ability to think on your feet and comfortable finding solutions quickly
