Join Pacvue's events team as a summer intern and gain hands-on experience in event strategy, program development, and internal communication improvements. This remote, hourly contract role offers the opportunity to assist in organizing events, maintain internal documentation, analyze survey data, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. You will present ideas for event activations, create event timelines, and research tech solutions to enhance event efficiency. The internship is ideal for college students, pays $20/hour for 35 hours/week, and lasts approximately two months, starting May 19th or June 23rd. Requirements

Responsibilities

• Assist in organizing events with the team
• Help maintain and improve internal documentation, SOPs, and content libraries for easier access
• Analyze survey data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support event planning
• Present a 5–10-minute deck to the corporate marketing team that outlines ideas of event activations designed to increase lead capture
• Create event timelines: Develop backwards timelines for event planning and execution
• Research tech solutions to improve efficiencies and increase impact of events
