Summary

The Event Operations Specialist at Zearn is responsible for managing and coordinating various aspects of Zearn's marketing events. The role requires personal organization, project management, written communications, teaching and persuading, generating insight skills. The position is a remote individual contributor role with travel requirements to major events. The compensation range is $60,000 - $70,000 per year with a competitive benefits package.

• Bachelor's Degree required

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate every aspect of Zearn’s live and virtual events
• Execute logistical aspects of events with precision, ensuring seamless registration and attendee management
• Handle point-to-point shipping logistics, coordinating efficient and timely transportation of materials
• Work closely with event organizers to coordinate the timely and cost-effective delivery and retrieval of materials
• Coordinate with third-party logistics (3PL) providers to ensure sufficient inventory and direct 3PLs to ship event materials
• Maintain and update the events board, ensuring communication and awareness of event statuses and schedules to keep all stakeholders informed
• Execute the technical aspects of digital events, including technical details for webinars, etc
• Ensure the successful procurement of event related materials and verify they meet our quality standards
• Monitor and analyze event expenditures, deriving actionable insights to optimize budget allocation and boost event effectiveness
