Requirements
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, supporting C-level executives
- Expert at multitasking, problem-solving, and organization
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to maintain discretion when working with confidential information
- Ability and willingness to be available outside of core business hours and ad hoc needs
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills, with a history of effectively managing many competing priorities and triaging projects as appropriate
- A can-do attitude and strong problem-solving skills, along with a bias towards action and execution
- Ability to work effectively amidst ambiguity and flexibility to meet the varying daily needs of our dynamic, growing company
- Proficiency with Google Suite
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the CEOโs calendar, ensuring appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements are organized efficiently
- Communicate with Board Directors, shareholders and external parties on behalf of the CEO
- Provide administrative assistance, such as writing and editing emails, and preparing communications on the executiveโs behalf
- Support expense management for the CEO
- Support other senior leadership with calendar and expense management
- Act as a point of contact between executives, internal teams, clients, and external partners to ensure effective communication
- Plan, project manage and coordinate logistics for company events
- Handle sensitive information and situations with the highest level of discretion and professionalism
- Assist in special projects, tasks, and initiatives, as assigned
Preferred Qualifications
- Corporate event planning experience is strongly preferred
- Experience working in a startup environment is strongly preferred
