Based ideally in the Boston area, you will play a crucial role in supporting revenue-driving priorities, managing executive calendars, coordinating travel, and handling various administrative tasks. Requirements
- 3+ years of experience supporting executive initiatives
- Highly proactive tendencies who resolves ambiguity when they spot it
- High integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality in critical business matters
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in communications and calendar and travel management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in a fast-paced, hyper growth environment
- Undergraduate degree
Responsibilities
- Understand revenue driving priorities (Sales and Customer Success) and support executive activities to achieve company goals
- Maintain executive calendars and coordinate internal and external meetings
- Coordinate extensive travel arrangements
- Enable the success of the CRO by strategically focusing their time (and calendar!) on high impact events and initiatives
- Perform a wide variety of administrative and support duties on behalf of the CRO, and VP of Customer Experience, including screening email, Slack, managing confidential documents, and expense management
